Zeiterfassung Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung von diversen HR-spezifischen Projekten Aktualisieren des Mitarbeiterhandbuchs Erstellen von Reports und Aufbereiten von Kennzahlen Bearbeitung von arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen Dein Profil Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium – idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement Erste Berufserfahrung im HR-Umfeld (Praktikum ausreichend) Grundkenntnisse im Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office) Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamgeist, Serviceorientierung Selbständige, zuverlässige, genaue und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Rumänischkenntnisse von Vorteil Dein Vector Warum du bei Vector den besten Arbeitsplatz der Welt hast?
