The International Off Premise Digital & Trade Activations Specialist supports the activation strategy across various channels, ensuring consistency between in-store and online campaigns to align with the business strategy.You'll collaborate with HQ Brand Marketing to identify opportunities and provide shopper-centric solutions, including training markets to utilize digital platforms and develop engaging digital engagements. Additionally, they create digital trade activation toolkits and in-store POS tools to defend space in-store against competitors, while also providing digital sell-in tools like virtual and augmented reality solutions for internal stakeholders.RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengthsAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with:You'll be offering guidance and turnkey solutions within the realm of digital trade activations, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the entire path to purchase, including online platforms, while also managing requests related to the Digital Trial Platform and developing digital poster games and other engaging digital engagements to support campaigns.You'll be responsible for briefing and developing all new digital trade marketing assets in collaboration with a global agency, specifically for online retailer platforms, while also providing support to local markets and ensuring absolute consistency with in-store Global POS toolkits through collaboration with the wider team.You'll use innovative technology to captivate the interests of our trade and retail partners, as well as oversee the development of projects such as VR and AR POS tools, with a focus on expanding the toolkit to cater to trade shows and other relevant contexts.You'll be responsible for the development of scalable and globally applicable in-store assets, including projects like the F1 Pit Wall Tool, Red Bull Soapbox VR Assets, and Red Mini Retirements Guidance, with an emphasis on ensuring these tools engage shoppers effectively and are suitable for use at trade shows.You'll assist HQ key accounts with occasional customer requests for trade activation solutions, while also providing markets with valuable feedback on their campaigns.University degree in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing & Communications or similarExcellent command of EnglishMinimum 2+ years as a full-time worker within FMCG experience, in Sales, Marketing, Digital Trade Marketing, eCommerce preferable within beveragesProven previous Marketing experienceExperienced in the development of POS materials and working with creative/design agencies as a nice to haveA keen interest in new technologies and the digital worldSolution-oriented and creative with problem solving and strategic thinking skillsExcellent communicator with openness to understand and adapt to cultural nuancesAdvanced Power Point skills to illustrate and sell ideas.
