Are you passionate about Human Resources & IT and eager to become a subject matter expert for our HR systems? You’ll act as interface between the different Human Resources stakeholders and the IT department, developing processes and solutions whilst working with the most advanced technologies in a global and diverse environment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for operational tasks, such as ticket management and on-going support, but at the same time realize your potential with exciting international projects.RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengthsAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with:As Global HRIS Specialist (Human Resource Information Systems), you’ll maintain HR processes and tools. Together with your manager and team colleagues you’ll have the great opportunity to further develop and implement them on a global level.You’ll act as point of contact for questions related to our HR tools and systems and coordinate incidents. With your curious mind and in collaboration with our IT department, you’ll find the best possible solution.You’ll manage enhancement projects and change requests whilst keeping Red Bull’s unique methodology and standards in mind. With tailored projects, you’ll realize your potential and master your strengths.As an expert, you are prepared to share your knowledge within the global HRIS team and your HR colleagues and provide them with on-demand trainings. Additionally, you’ll maintain tool and process documentation.Minimum 2 years of professional experience as HRIS Specialist, preferably with international HR projects in an IT-interfacing HR department.University Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or similar.Fluent in English, any additional language is beneficial.Knowledge and professional experience of minimum 2 years with an HR IT system, ideally SAP HR and SuccessFactors.Experience in project management and application maintenance, ideally with a regional or international scope.Able to handle multiple deadlines and stakeholders.Very good analytical skillsExcellent communication skills to address all levels within the HR and other departments, including presentation and training skills.Global HRIS SpecialistRed BullGiving wiiings to people and ideas since 1987In the 1980s Dietrich Mateschitz developed a formula known as the Red Bull Energy Drink.
