The Solution Architect for Managed Applications plays a vital role during the design of Services Solutions for Austrian and International clients. He works in a larger team of technical specialists and is responsible for all aspects of the Managed Applications related elements of the overall solution. He supports the implementation of solutions and critical operational tasks.In detail, the Solution Architect for Managed Applications has the following job role:Solution Management:The Solution Architect develops the technical solution for the Managed Applications parts of the overall solution.Accountable for all activities related to defining the delivery model as well as the architectural and technical solution of his part of the engagement, consistent with commercial considerations and cost of the future solution.Managing customer requirements, and linking those requirements to Kyndryl’s solution.Write the Statements of work relevant to his part of the solution and represent them towards the customer.Integrate with internal and external stakeholders: Negotiating with the relevant involved business lines and external business partners.Representing the engagement in internal meetings and reviews.Minimize the business risk by acting on issues, gaps and items which are identified as high risks.Contribute to achieving technical and commercial approvals and certification.Implementation and support in the implementation of the solutions, taking into account stable operation.Support in critical operating situations.Customer Relationship Management:Contribute to managing the client relationship during the technical solution process.Understand client needs and identify the business potential for Kyndryl in the customer’s environment, translating it into Kyndryl’s solution capabilities.Work with the client's technical personnel in order to successfully sell Kyndryl’s solution and map its benefits with the customer’s requirements.Who You AreWhat you bring with you:Existing Senior Architect Level Certificates in the field of Managed Applications, mainly SAP.Practical working experience with SAP R/3, S/4, and Cloud.Foundational knowledge of commonalities and differences of the vendors and their market positioning.Skills in Project Management and proven experience in related projects.Selling and negotiation experience and skills.English and German language fluently (minimum C1 in German).This position is classified in job family "ST2" according to the applicable IT collective agreement.
