Working alongside enterprise architects, subject matter experts and business stakeholders, you will gather requirements, propose innovative ideas, and design efficient and scalable systems. Make a significant impact and contribute to exciting projects as a Product Owner.In your new role you will:Assume end-to-end responsibility for the application lifecycle from design to development, deployment and daily operations as an IT business analyst and product owner within our service portfolio, project management solutionsWork closely with business owners and key stakeholders to gather, analyze and consolidate diverse requirements and transform them into solution proposals in close collaboration with enterprise architects and subject matter expertsDrive delivery and IT operations in close cooperation with our development teams and service providersWork with software developers and architects to design systems that are efficient, effective, and scalableNavigate complex dependencies and create strategic roadmapsAct as a Project Manager for small and midsized IT projectsCoordinate and conduct user acceptance testsDuring an individual orientation phase, we will prepare you in the best possible way for your new responsibilities. With regular feedback meetings and systematic planning of your professional development, we want to support and ensure your success in this position.In addition, you will have the opportunity to perform some of your tasks in your home office (Hybrid) and you can arrange your working hours flexibly.You are best equipped for this task if you have:A degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or in a related fieldAt least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role in corporate IT or IT consultingHands-on experience in agile project management ( Scrum), requirements engineering and its related methods and tools ( Jira, Confluence)Good knowledge in software life-cycle (DevOps incl. development, quality control, deployment, etc.)Sound knowledge of ITIL-based service management processesGood understanding of and hands-on experience with modern web technologies, frameworks and IT technologiesKnowledge of enterprise project management solutions, methods and best practices (as an advantage)Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsVery good Microsoft Office skillsExcellent English skills; German as an advantageWe are looking to fill this position through one of our partners. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G ( A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.
