Corporate Development Associate / Manager - Focus M&A (f/m/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Driving M&A transactions with a special focus on strategic fit, valuation, due diligence, negotiation of transaction documents, synergy identification, signing and closing Creating value-adding scenarios and transferring strategic options into solid business cases Proactive management of projects, lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with advisors Organizing and developing the content of top management meetings, such as decision memos and presentations Conducting workshops in your own responsibility Taking over responsibility for work packages and initiatives in the field of corporate finance, strategy development and other special projects YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Master degree in business administration / finance and/or technical degree Several years of relevant work experience in the industry in an analytical work environment, “Big Four”, private equity or investment banking Track record of dealing with M&A transactions Deep corporate finance know-how incl. valuation Cross-functional and / or international business experience is an advantage Strong financial modelling skills High level of interpersonal and intercultural skills Strong analytic and conceptual capabilities Hands-on mentality Fluent in English, German is a plus Openness to travel internationally (up to approx. 30%, subject to projects) WE OFFER Good life-balance thanks to flexible working hours and freedom to organize your work Career planning and development opportunities Management development programmes Opportunity to gain international experience Voluntary fringe benefits provided by our company health management scheme PALfit Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 47.,04 per year.
