Your role: As the Finance Leader in Vienna's office, you will work closely with the management team, the tax consultancy and the Headquarters Finance Team, taking charge of all finance-related matters, including operational and strategic topics. Your initial focus will be on establishing and restructuring the finance department in Vienna, streamlining processes, and ensuring data transparency, especially during the company's transitional phase. You will be responsible for financial controlling and reporting activities, including the development and maintenance of systems to monitor financial performance. This will include generating regular financial reports to support strategic decision-making, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial data analysis. Furthermore, you will play a role in building and leading a successful finance team in Vienna. This involves supervising financial experts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, and overseeing ongoing accounting procedures. A finance education and a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in finance, accounting, controlling, or related roles is required. Very good proficiency in German and good proficiency in English are essential.
