Service Delivery Specialist PMS

HRS Hospitality & Retail Systems is an international company with an unrivaled reputation for service and is a leading supplier of IT solutions for the HoReCa and retail industries. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Participation in support/implementation of solutions for hotels, restaurants, spas and, fitness clubs across the region.Handle customer cases, triage the inbound caseload and review the existing owned and escalated cases.Ensure familiarity with new product releases as they become available.Liaise with subject matter experts on client requests for enhancements and development.Work with the support/implementation teams to ensure service level requirements are exceeded.Conduct user training.Perform other duties as requested or as deemed appropriate by management. MAIN REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 2 years of experience in the support or installation & configuration of Hospitality PMS products, together with the associated customer training.Experience in working with competitive hospitality products including PMS and Spa systems; management experience in the hospitality industry is desirable. Familiar with Oracle PL/SQL. Professional certification is preferable. Good interpersonal skills with both customers and cross-functional teams. Free to travel extensively and for extended periods of time.
