It will take you through three 6-month long work assignments, with the second assignment being an international placement, and then conclude with you establishing yourself in a permanent position with Hitachi Energy. During this journey you will encounter many different business segments and experience career enhancing learning opportunities within our various sales teams. Your responsibilitiesJoin a team of experienced professionals, collaborate with local and regional colleagues within the Sales community and contribute to drive the energy transition in EuropeGain broad and deep understanding of Hitachi Energy’s solution portfolioActive participation in trainings to improve personnel and technical skillsUnderstanding of our company and business unit strategies Develop your strengths with the help of regular feedback and clearly established performance objectives supported by a mentorYou will believe in a simple truth: Diversity + Collaboration = Innovation. Kindly note that applications will not be considered if the required documents are not attached (CV, motivation letter, diploma/university grade transcript).This position offers a minimum base salary according to the CBA (employees in the electrical industry) starting at EUR 3.409,59 gross per month. Depending on your qualifications and experience, we are open to negotiating a higher salary than the amount set forth in the CBA. We also offer free parking and e-charging station for free.
