For that to happen, data must be understood, sourced, curated, and delivered in an insightful and actionable manner. Our unique asset, the Corporate Data Model plays a pivotal role in our data strategy, as it hubs a wide variety of key business information, from brand awareness to free cash flow, in a structured and harmonised fashion. To help us make our golden gem even more precious, we are looking for a Data & Analytics Product Manager, who will take full ownership of our data asset and drive its evolution over business, processes, and technology.RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengthsAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with:Partner with business teams in all functions at all decision-making levels to understand their data strategy and roadmaps, timely identify their data requirements: make Corporate Data Model their best choice when it comes to hub business data, thanks to an ideal match between their business requirements and the product’s featuresOwn: You'll review and approve all data integration projects to the Corporate Data Model initiated by business functions with the aim of ensuring relevancy, interoperability, consistency and transparencyDevelop: You'll research, think, design and document new technical features to be developed for the Corporate Data Model as a product, in order to ensure its maximum usage by different type of users, across organisation, geography & technologies. You'll turn product improvements into development projects, that you prioritise, plan, execute and release together with business stakeholders and IT developersUnderstand how users perceive and interact with the Corporate Data Model. You'll develop visual representations (e.g. flowcharts, diagrams, wireframes) of these interactions and turn them into application prototypes to be implemented with IT & tested with business users. You'll also finalise design specifications, co-lead UI-UX implementation projects with IT and you'll lead project releases with business users, ensuring a seamless hand-over (e.g. documentation, trainings) to the operational phase and a constructive feedback processCommunication is a key to succeed in this role. You'll constantly increase the awareness and understanding of the Corporate Data Model across all departments and geographies through regular presentations in global meetings, trainings in international learning programs and by extensively use all available communication channels (e.g. digital posters, newsletters, video streamings)University degree or equivalent, ideally Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or Statistics3+ years of professional experience as a (software) product manager, in IT innovation, or as a project manager/senior consultant in the business intelligence/data analytics areaHands-on experience in (at least) one of the following domains:Data modelling/engineering/analytics either with IT solutions as SAP BI, Microsoft Azure, AWS, SnowflakeSoftware product managementProject management for business applications projectsUI-UX designer/developerPassionate with dataAttention to detailStrong communication and presentation skillsEnthusiastic learner, exceptionally curious, proactive, self-motivated and directedResponsible and able to work with different projects in parallel in a fast-paced environmentTravel 0-10%Data & Analytics Product ManagerRed BullGiving wiiings to people and ideas since 1987In the 1980s Dietrich Mateschitz developed a formula known as the Red Bull Energy Drink.
