We have an exciting opportunity in our Vienna office for an experienced Business Solutions Manager to join our global Solutions team on a permanent basis. About the Role Solutions is a significant area of growth for our business, and we are looking for a motivated and dynamic professional to develop the solutions business across the European region, within the Utilities, Public Safety and Transit sectors. You will work closely with regional sales and business development teams and will be responsible for driving growth and building key customer relationships. This position works closely with the Regional Leadership Teams, Global Operations and Services Teams to provide strategic input and leadership on key decisions impacting the organisation in relation to "go to market", product and service development. This position is responsible for understanding Customer and Market problems and applying Tait and third-party products, software and services to solve those problems creating opportunities for the Tait Solutions business. In this role, you will Provide leadership in developing Tait's Solutions business and go to market approach Build a deep understanding of customer problems, and work closely with Solutions Architects to provide best fit solutions Increase business development and funnel growth Build long term strategic relationships with customers For more information about the role, please view the attached position description.
