The Go-To-Market Data Engineering Manager will ensure we organise internal and external data so that we can understand business performance and trends and steer our business in a data-driven manner. Your mission As our Data Engineering Manager at Prewave, you will…  Build data infrastructure combining key data sources (CRM, headcount data, finance data, external data, etc.), ensuring we capture historical data and create a clean database. Create a reporting layer on top of the data lake that allows for both centrally created reporting as well as user self-serve dashboard creation and data analysis. Construct out central dashboarding to run and monitor the business. Roll out reporting tool as well as individual dashboards to the Go To Market organisation in collaboration with the Sales Excellence and Enablement function and drive adoption. Provide strategic insights to business leadership derived from internal and external data, e.g. sweet spots where we are especially successful in winning fast and often, pipeline health, and sales rep performance. Your profile Bachelor's degree in STEM or economics. 7+ years of role-specific work experience working in analytics, data, business intelligence, etc. Proven track record in building data infrastructure “from scratch”. Experience with analysis and reporting software (Tableau etc.). Ability to work with large amounts of data and clean and analyse it at scale. Ability to distill crisp, tangible insights from large amounts of data and to derive business insights and actions from it. Experience designing and building user-friendly, insightful and actionable dashboards (e.g. in Tableau or similar software, directly in CRM). Knowledge of some machine learning/AI methodologies to enrich and improve data. Bonus points for Experience working in a B2B SaaS Software company. Experience working with sales and other Go-To-Market teams (e.g. business development, partner, customer success, marketing). What we offer you An extensive compensation package According to our collective agreement, the minimum salary for this role is EUR 3,724 gross per month, however the higher packages are likely based on your qualifications and experience.
