Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the maintenance and further development of our CRM systemYou have a key role as a system administrator for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) and work closely with our business departments and external partnersYou coordinate business requirements and are a member of various steering committeesYou know our business processes, develop effective solutions in the team, and help with troubleshootingYou are responsible for system configuration (all administrative tasks, user management, workflows, and integration of ISV solutions)You participate in the release and change management processes for MS Dynamics 365 (CRM) What are we looking for? You like to work independently, in a structured and conscientious manner, and have experience in project managementIdeally, you have very good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), MS Power Automate, and MS Power AppsKnowledge of C#, Java Script, and the use of the XRM toolbox is a plusYou have a degree in computer science, business informatics or have successfully completed a relevant training in the IT fieldYou are used to communicate in German and English What makes us a great place to work?
