Main Functions Objective of the position: Preventive and breakdown-related maintenance/repairs of equipment and infrastructure to enable the production of yeast that meets Q standards - Support with yeast packaging if requiredTasks: - Supporting and execution of planned services, maintenance and repair work- Supporting and execution in carrying out breakdown-related repairs and, if necessary, service and maintenance work- Supporting and execution in repairs and maintenance in packaging of the finished product in various packaging sizes- Carrying out cleaning work- Dealing with deviations, if necessary after consultation with the plant management- Commitment to qulity management system including HACCP, food fraud and food defense Technical skills Required Appropriate apprenticeship or training e.g. but not limited to as a mechanic, precision mechanic, locksmith, electronics technician Professional experience required for a minimum of 3 years An asset German language skills Forklift license desirable, welding license General criteria Required Work permit in the EU Organization Lallemand is a privately held Canadian company founded in the late 19th century, which develops, produces, and markets microorganisms for various markets.
