Are you passionate about health and safety and want to use your experience to develop a global health and safety approach in the unique culture of Red Bull?  As Global Health & Safety Manager with a focus on occupational safety, you’ll develop and establish a global corporate Health & Safety strategy with standards and procedures and support country organizations in establishing these.RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengthsAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with:In this role, you’ll support our global health and safety team in this new established role in developing and implementing a health and safety road map for 40+ Red Bull subsidiaries around the world. You’ll support country organizations in implementing and improving their health and safety measures.You’ll develop and align guidelines and processes, provide tools, templates and best practices.You’ll consult the management, subsidiaries and other internal stakeholders. With your expertise you’ll support national Health & Safety specialists, e.g. in organizing and executing risk assessments and safety inspections.As Health & Safety expert you’ll share your knowledge, create and partly facilitate high class trainings.Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in the field of occupational safety, preferable some time in a global environment in a group contextUniversity Degree (preferable Engineering)Qualification in occupational safety e.g.: Certified health and safety manager, Certified safety professional, Master safety professional, NEBOSH Level 6 international diploma, Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit according to ASiG, Sicherheitsfachkraft according to SFK-VO or equivalentFluent in English and good German language skillsWell-versed in Health and Safety Management systemsExperience and funded knowledge in project management, process- and solution oriented, structured approachAbility to manage change and understand the impact it has on people and processes.High levels of personal energy and driveClear, effective and convincing communication skills, including presentation and training skills at all levelsAbility to work independently and with strong attention to detail but with a hands-on approachTravel 40-50%Global Health & Safety ManagerRed BullGiving wings to people and ideas since 1987In the 1980’s Dietrich Mateschitz developed a formula known as the Red Bull Energy Drink.
