The position focuses on the success with existing large enterprise clients in the field of telecommunication.Take care of existing key clients in the field of telecommunicationLead as the single point of contact for all customer account management mattersDefine multiyear account strategy, in close collaboration with other teams (tech, monetization, finance)Lead, orchestrate & coach virtual teams to execute strategyHave a constant customer-first mind-setPresent and defend actions internally and push for prioritiesExecutive communication, engagement and influenceBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsIntroduce team-members, specifically monetization, on a case to case basisNegotiate contracts and lead technical documentation (scope of work) progressDevelop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsorsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives and internal roadmap requirementsClearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersDevelop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvementForecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)Prepare regular internal reports on account statusCollaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territoryAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as neededProven success record in SaaS enterprise sales and account managementProfessional background in an ISP, MNO or carrier preferredProfessional background in cyber security preferredDemonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-levelSolid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, PipeDrive CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel and Powerpoint)Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needsData-driven mentalityProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities (including VC tools)Strong verbal and written communication skills: English + GermanBA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field preferredFluent in German and EnglishSpanish other EU language is welcomeHighly innovative work environment located at ICON Tower in the centre of ViennaFreedom to work as independently as possibleBecoming part of a constantly growing company while celebrating international successAttractive bonus program, jobticket and other benefitsAppropriate and performance-related remuneration (monthly gross salary according to the collective agreement for employees of companies in the field of automatic data processing and information technology services of at least € 4.032,- (ST2/Standard level).
