As a Responsible Gaming Executive, you will play a vital role in the Responsible Gaming team, dedicated to ensuring the highest levels of player protection for customers. Responsibilities: Keeping a vigilant eye on relevant risk indicators and taking appropriate action in adherence to policies and procedures. Accurately documenting all actions for future reference and audit purposes. Serving as an escalation point for the Customer Service & Fraud (CSF) team and the wider organization regarding responsible gambling inquiries. Proactively engaging with customers to assess their comfort with betting and gaming behavior, with a keen focus on identifying signs of harm. Regularly liaising with the Responsible Gaming Manager to ensure that all customer interactions are conducted and recorded appropriately. Collaborating closely with the CSF Team and relevant stakeholders to address concerning behaviors identified during customer interactions. Maintaining daily communication with the Responsible Gaming Manager, who will be your reporting line manager. As workload demands, you may be asked to support other regional Responsible Gaming teams and the Customer Support team. Requirements: Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English and German Minimum of one year experience in the online gaming field; prior responsible gaming experience is a strong asset. Strong critical thinking skills. General understanding of online gambling regulations. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of the business. Meticulous attention to detail. Strong prioritization and decision-making abilities, capable of managing a high volume of tasks. Effective relationship-building skills. Compassion is a crucial trait for this role.
