You will be producing strategic content plans & managing all digital channels across our street dance programs in order to maximize the growth & engagement of our global dance audience.RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengthsAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with:In this role, you’ll define content needs & strategy for our digital channels in order to achieve our dance playground communication objectives.This involves considering how to format content and optimise projects to match channels trends and optimise communication of projects and activation of audiences. You’ll collaborate strongly with country channels and different partners to define content creations that ensure impact.Working closely with the analytics team you’ll translate audience insights into practical guidelines for programming and content. You’ll evaluate results and translate learnings into long-term strategies that define the success of our channels. You’ll also communicate channel and release learnings to other team members and ensure consideration in all departments for upcoming release strategies.With your strong understanding of platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, you’ll provide recommendations for optimising upcoming content plans based on insights and media landscape learnings.You’ll establish a strong collaboration with different Red Bull countries, considering and understanding local needs. You’ll evaluate local market programming plans, identify optimisation potentials and potentially up-level local content initiatives to a global scale.5+ years of experience in digital strategy/content programming or social mediaExcellent knowledge of social and digital media incl. paid activation planningPassion for the world of Red Bull and knowledge on dance topicsSuperior project management skills, strong understanding of content performance and able to translate data into practical recommendationsWell organized team player with the ability to work under pressure, excellent communication and effective interpersonal skillsFluent in English.
