For our IT Strategy & Innovation Team based in Klaus (Vorarlberg, Austria) we are currently looking for a IT Project- and Process Manager, 80-100 % (f/m/x) What's it all about? In the field of IT process management, you will be responsible for the further development of our IT process landscape.Collaborating with our process owners, you will design, optimize, and document our IT processes.In IT project and portfolio management, you will continuously enhance our project management standards.You will define our project management methods.Providing support and mentoring to project managers is part of your responsibilities.You will take on the leadership and guidance of IT projects from conception to implementation. What are we looking for? You have completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Process and Project Management, or have successfully completed relevant training in the IT field.Practical experience in process and/or project management.You possess strong analytical and organizational skills.Personally, you excel with a process- and quality-oriented mindset.You bring initial experience with process modeling tools.Your potential knowledge of ITIL/ITSM gives you an advantage.You have a proactive and independent work style and are a team player.You are accustomed to communicating in both German and English.
