Lead Frontend Developer (f/m/x)Our team develops and manages the online solutions (web portals, online marketing sites, etc.) of Raiffeisen Capital Management, the leading fund company in Austria and fund competence center of the Raiffeisen Bank International Group. We want to build on this success and implement new solutions for all customer groups with end-to-end responsibility. #full-time (38.5h / week) #viennaoffice (1190) #homeofficepossible Your mission Development of new cloud-native web solutions and customer portals.Continuous improvement of existing software products and adaption to new requirements/standards.Tech lead for frontend capabilities, support and mentor the developers.Quality assurance measures such as code reviews and software tests.Active participation in the development process of the agile team.Proactively challenge and encourage team members to achieve the common vision.
