Our Global Portfolio Management Office is expanding and our team is searching for an experienced project manager to support the implementation of exciting new solutions for our VISIBILITY ITEMS initiatives.In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to manage cross-functional projects within the whole VISIT world. These projects affect Red Bull’s global Supply Chain including the related system landscape. As a key member of the PMO team, you'll work closely with the operational leadership from HQ Procurement, Finance and Sales Department including local subsidiaries to scope, design and implement projects to serve Visibility Items related needs.You’ll report to the senior program manager and manage stakeholders across our Global Red Bull Visibility Items world and connect Global Data teams to drive and facilitate the execution of high impact E2E projects.RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengthsAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with:As a key member of our project management team, you'll initiate, coordinate, and progress cross-functional projects within the Visibility Items Area. From project initiation through project close, you’ll monitor project health, track deliverables, and coordinate cross-organizational dependencies to help deliver company-wide results. You’ll assess project risks, anticipate challenges, and execute mitigation strategies while keeping stakeholders informed. You’ll proactively collaborate with stakeholders and team members to deliver outcomes using best practice implementation methodologies while considering the greater Red Bull portfolio context.In this role, you'll use our global project management framework and tools to progress projects affecting the VISIT landscape and other programs across our global portfolios. You’ll manage upstream and downstream dependencies by partnering with Operations, Sales, process development teams, and IT counterparts. You’ll use your change management skills to collaborate with team members and communicate project goals, key metrics, risk mitigation plans, and critical tasks to encourage stakeholder commitment toward successful program-wide changes.You'll be called upon to prepare project and steering meetings for dedicated target groups (e.g. senior management, project contributors, business experts). You’ll engage stakeholders to operationalize new processes within our PMO framework and support change management initiatives between teams while maintaining peak communication. Your role will help the maximize adoption of planned changes and promote buy-in from stakeholders impacted by structural and system changes.Our project managers promote cross-organizational collaboration to avoid silo’ed decision-making in order to define, design, and execute proposed solutions. You’ll ensure project goals and benefits are understood by leadership throughout every phase of the project while partnering with both team members and operational counterparts to identify and mitigate risks. You’ll initiate, review, and progress project requests across our global procurement activities to ensure the project is coordinated and successfully finished. You'll promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning by highlighting opportunities for improvement. You’ll partner with your senior program manager and PMO team members to brainstorm practical improvements to PM methodologies, tool setup, and communication paths to benefit a dynamic, high-impact team.2-5 years of professional experience in a program/project management role with a focus on Supply ChainBachelor’s degree (or similar) with strong focus on project management, supply chain management or process managementFluent in English, German is a plusVerifiable experience in managing high-impact projects and applying project management methodologiesHigh flexibility, adaptability, and commitment to leading teams through ambiguous situations and fast-moving targetsCapability to communicate complex situations in straight-forward, facts-based manner to internal and external stakeholdersFamiliarity with tools such as Workfront, Confluence, and Jira to coordinate cross-functional projectsEnd-to-end Supply Chain know-how, FMCG environment preferredTravel 0-10%Project Manager - Visibility Items TeamRed BullGiving wiiings to people and ideas since 1987In the 1980s Dietrich Mateschitz developed a formula known as the Red Bull Energy Drink.
