Company Description Are you a creative storyteller that has a keen eye for social? Then join our Brand Media Network team in Salzburg, Austria, where you will develop and execute the creative vision for editorial content. Job Description IN A NUTSHELL In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating/commissioning strategic, impactful, and distinctive content in an authentic and credible way around brand projects; specifically, student and field events and product launches. You’ll devise the creative vision and narrative of all editorial content for the Brand Media Team. CREATE & DRIVE THE CONTENT STRATEGY You’ll be responsible for the commissioning of all content related to global student projects, including social, live, short-, mid- and long-form. It will range from identifying content opportunities, creating scalable formats and series, assigning project leads and guiding productions, to defining the event tone of voice for content while engaging the university student audience. You’ll be responsible for the commissioning of all global editorial social content related to our products (moving and still image) and driving the principles for can integration across the organization. NETWORK & COLLABORATION Working closely with other teams, you will ensure can and brand integration understood and in line across the organization. You will collaborate with in-house and third-party producers in order to bring content ideas to life and ensure a consistently deep knowledge of the scene and subject matter. To monitor content performance, traffic, and consumption trends, you’ll work with Programming and Analytics. SUPPORT RED BULL MARKETS You will develop content expertise across the areas of brand for all Markets by working with country counterparts, giving feedback and input, as well as setting best practices and sharing learnings. Qualifications 3+ years’ experience in content or production. Outstanding storytelling skills. Experience with digital and social content commissioning with deep knowledge around social. Strong presentation, communication (verbal & written), and organizational skills. Confident, self-starting decision-maker and problem-solver, who is also a team player. Additional Information Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.392 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
