We combine fields like Data Science, Process & Project Management, Knowledge Management, and Internal Communications. To strengthen our Communications, Learning & Knowledge Management Team, we are looking for an experienced Team Lead. In this role you'll lead the design and implementation of Development, Learning and Training initiatives for Global Finance, Global Operations and Global Data at Red Bull, encompassing the full learning journey from Onboarding to individual training. You will be an expert on Learning, Development & Training topics in support of the business functions and facilitate learning & development initiatives across the organisation. You’ll further act as cross-functional liaison and expert on Change Management methods to support the organisational transformation at different management levels. Job Description LEARNING, TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT In your role it is your primary mission to develop and execute comprehensive learning strategies, programs & trainings from conception phase to full delivery. As a knowledgeable sparring partner, you'll support a variety of departments and teams with selecting the right learning methods & design to create state-of-the-art learning experiences. You'll use data-driven approaches and input from the business to identify and determine learning needs in the organisation and create targeted offers from onboarding to specialised formal trainings. You'll focus on the aspect of skill development from a strength, but also cultural perspective and propose initiatives to further develop employee engagement. To ensure orderly administration of our programs you’ll act as a key user for our Training Management System, and frequently collaborate with partners from HR, IT and Talent Management. To make success visible, you'll establish relevant KPIs and a reporting framework that supports continuous improvement of our L&D service offers. CHANGE MANAGEMENT You’ll get the chance to develop change management plans & methods for projects and/or change initiatives. To ensure long-term success, you’ll evaluate the impact of planned organisational change, identify risks, and develop risk mitigation tactics. Based on analysis, insights, and conclusions, you'll measure and challenge the status quo, conceptualise, and implement projects which support the strategic direction of the organisation and comprehensive corporate management. You’ll lead change management work streams with a structured methodology /process and define success metrics and making sure to measure performance against these. You’ll also develop awareness for information transparency & communication and introduce relevant guidelines and frameworks to the different departments. Furthermore, you’ll provide reporting and other updates to management and project teams. PEOPLE & BUDGET RESPONSIBILITY The role foresees people management of 1+ and an annual budget to support Learning & Development initiatives. In your role, you'll be working closely with the Communications and Knowledge Management Teams. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in People/Culture, Change Management Consulting, Organisational Development, Human Resources, L&D Consulting First experience in people management Advanced digital literacy preferred Literate with a variety of training and learning management methods, platforms & digital tools Proven experience in developing and implementing change management concepts Able to perform personally or virtually in front of audiences in a training, workshop environment or in a studio recording situation Superior verbal & writing skills in both English and German and an analytical mindset Creative thinker with a hands-on mentality Self-driven, reliable, and resilient in a dynamic and fast changing environment Analytical mindset and process-oriented thinking combined with conceptual competence Ability to build relationships and work with people at all levels Master or Bachelor Degree in the area of Business Administration, Human Resources, Change Management, Strategic Management Additional Information Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,605 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
