Based on-site in Salzburg, you'll review the strategy and the process around Early Careers.At Red Bull, we know nurturing emerging talent is critical to maintaining our energetic, creative, and high-performing environment.RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengthsAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with:You'll oversee our current Global Graduate Program, meaning you'll get to review the strategy, process, and framework we currently have in place for our local team to run the program. You'll also be in charge of running the Graduate Training Week in collaboration with the local teams and our colleagues from Global Talent Development to ensure we are providing the key to success to our Graduates.With many programs for Early Careers across the company and in different countries, you will have the opportunity to shape a global approach and framework for some of them. You'll have to play on a few different areas, researching what is currently being done, looking at the data we have, what the trends are externally, as well as what the best process we need to have in place with the Talent Acquisition system. Our aim is to ensure we hire the young bright minds that will fuel Red Bull.You'll utilize your strong communication skills to build relationships with the HR and Talent acquisition teams in the regions. You'll foster strong partnerships that will ensure the success of our Early Careers strategies, contributing to our mission of 'giving wiiings to people and ideas'.You'll also get to work on various Talent Acquisition projects. From Talent Attraction to Analytics, or even selection process, we are covering a very broad scope of work.
