bwise is a digital media agency, specialized in sports-betting & iGaming . We work with the biggest and most popular sports websites and apps around the world, managing advertising sales to betting & gaming operators. We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximising our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management. Responsibilities Manage and grow current sales of existing ad inventory from leading sports websites and applications Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with local advertisers (betting&gaming operators) and sports publishers Arrange business meetings with prospective clients Promote the company’s extended marketing services Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status Requirements Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, ideally within the sports/gaming industry Experience in direct sales (CPM), performance marketing, programmatic media buying or affiliate marketing is a plus Committed to continuous education and self-improvement Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Fluent in Business English , all other languages are a plus Benefits Competitive salary - growth in skills and responsibilities will be acknowledged and compensated accordingly Flexible working hours, home office possible Highly motivated international team of many languages and different cultures Fully paid business trips across Europe and beyond Fully paid vacation Recycled Cover Letters or Spam Applications will be deleted.
