Hamburg | Relocation Package We are currently staffing two (Senior) HR Business Partner International roles at a globally leading retail company in Hamburg. In these roles, you will be the first point of contact and strategic advisor to local leadership and HR teams regarding all people and culture related topics. You will either focus on a) Europe and US (Austria, Netherlands, Norway, Denmark and Miami) or b) APAC (Australia, New Zealand, Hongkong, Japan, Singapur, Malaysia) To succeed in these roles, you should have more than 4 years of professional experience in an HR BP or HR generalist role, preferably within larger organizations and with an international focus. In addition to your excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, you should have a deep understanding of strategic HR principles and their application within global contexts, as well as top German and English language skills. | REMOTE SETUP In these roles you can work hybrid remotely from the office in Hamburg (~3 days per week). Your relocation costs will be covered if you relocate to Hamburg for this role. | ABOUT THE ROLES In these roles, you will ... * Consult & coach local teams in terms of all People & Culture (P&C) related topics * Share best practices and provide insights and guidance on organizational structure, change management and employee engagement initiatives * Partner with cross-functional teams to embed P&C considerations into global initiatives * Lead potential and performance reviews * Take the lead on global career management, including identification of talents and skill development needs * Steer and implement DEI Strategy in your locations * Travel ~ once a year to meet the local team of your location | WHAT YOU WILL GET * Plenty of autonomy to shape local HR policies, drive cultural initiatives and influence organizational change * Up to €100k salary/year (negotiable in case of exceptional fit) * Bright and modern office and creative spaces in Hamburg's Hafen-City (incl. fresh snacks, fruit & drinks) * Flexible working hours (optionally part-time with 32 hrs), extensive training opportunities & an attractive company pension scheme | NEXT STEPS If you are interested in this role, we will share additional information about the company and position to support your decision-making process and invite you to a first chat with the head of engineering.
