We’re looking for an enthusiastic Senior Frontend Developer who is passionate about building great products,  loves being part of a motivated team of internationals and thrives in a laid-back start-up culture without bureaucracy. WHAT YOU'LL DO Work full time (38,5h/week) as a member of a passionate, motivated and international team to help customers to create personalized print products with minimal effort Implement new features for our web application Work closely with designers and backend developers and build one great experience Brainstorm, design and develop new features together in team sessions  Give and receive feedback, and criticize respectfully  Enrich our Journi team with your knowledge YOUR BAG OF TRICKS 5+ years of experience and a consistent track record in developing web applications  3+ years of experience with the  ReactJS/TypeScript stack, as well as native JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3  You have knowledge of layouting and love working closely together with Design and Product teams You are experienced in Node.js and server-side rendering / SPA frameworks You bring experience with application testing (Jest, Cypress) You love pragmatic coding, have an eye for simplicity, like to produce high quality code and tests You are passionate about learning, and want to help others learn too You have good communication & presentation skills You are self-motivated to prioritize workload and meet critical project deadlines  You are permitted to work in the EU/Austria (OR have a degree in Computer Science which is required to apply for an Austrian work permit) You are able to relocate to / based in Vienna - the world’s most liveable city! NICE TO HAVE You have experience with automated documentation and typing systems You are familiar with various state management libraries You possess some knowledge of image processing You are proficient with Docker You understand monitoring and logging systems You have experience working with AWS WHAT WE OFFER A happy team makes for a happy workplace.
