In our Electric & Automation department in Vienna we are searching for an Automation Engineer (m/f/d).


  • Independent role in basic and detail engineering for automation systems hard- and software design
  • Responsibility for control and regulation functions of machinery and process technology
  • Conception and programming of application software
  • Optimization and maintaining of existing solutions as well as the development of new, innovative solutions for the technical and economic improvement of systems and processes
  • Testing and commissioning of our systems as well as training and instruction of our international customers in our test fields, workshops and on job sites
  • Handling of as built documentation and manuals in regard of engineered application software and functions

  • Completed technical education (college or university) in the field of electrical engineering / automation technology or similar
  • At least 3 years of practical experience in automation technology
  • Good knowledge of modern PLC technology like Siemens (S7 400/1500, TIA, WinCC, PCS7) / Rockwell (ControlLogix, Factory Talk)
  • Good knowledge of modern Drives Systems and their control like, Siemens, ABB, Rockwell or process instrumentation are beneficial
  • Structured and solution-oriented way of thinking and analytical approach
  • Responsible and independent way of working
  • Intercultural openness, strong communication skills
  • Team player, flexible working in international project teams
  • Good English skills spoken and written (B2) required, German and other language skills are beneficial
  • Willingness to international travel (approx. 30%)

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 4.112,78 for this position. Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
