For our Business Unit Primary, based in Klaus (Vorarlberg, Austria) we are currently looking for a Team Leader / Technical Support Coach (f/m/x)As Technical Support Coach you are responsible for coordinating and managing the Technical Support team. You will work very closely with your colleagues from Application Engineering and Management and further to that, you will be in close contact with our international Sales and Innovation teams. What's it all about? Together with your team you provide first level support for all customers in Central Europa and clarify internal requests on a global basis.You coach, lead and continuously develop the Technical Support Team, which focuses on OMICRON's primary testing systems.Together with the responsible process managers you define targets and measures to achieve, plan and carry out optimizations.Together with the global TS coordinator, you will implement process and communication improvements within the global Technical Support network.You will be involved in process design and organizational development.What are we looking for?
