Our trusted financial advisors are equipped to deliver the combined power of the Merrill investment platform and Bank of America banking capabilities.Key Responsibilities:Deliver a full range of goals-based financial planning / wealth strategies including assessment of client needsMaintain a robust knowledge of the firm’s latest planning tools, techniques and strategiesEstablish and maintain relationships with the management team and inform them of circumstances that require supervisory attention/review/approval per compliance guidelines and policiesSource prospective clients and capitalize on referralsDeliver customized solutions and the full resources of Bank of America MerrillUnderstand all aspects of an optimal practice and complete the training and development needed to continue a successful career as a Financial AdvisorRequired Skills:FINRA Series 7 & 66 (63 & 65 accepted, in lieu of 66) registrations required with 5+ years’ experienceEstablished and portable practice with a minimum of $1MM in productionExperience managing client portfolios and driving growthProven relationship building and business development skillsDesired Skills:Bachelor’s degree or higher strongly preferredProven ability to partner and promote lead generation. Experience balancing investment management, sales activities and new client development.Achieved additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbalHighly entrepreneurialShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40
