Job Description :Location : ideally based in Aimargues, otherwise other RC entity in EuropeSegment : Royal CaninContract : OngoingThe Global Utilities Engineer is a member of Royal Canin Global Engineering reporting to Global Maintenance & Sustainable in Generation Lead.We are looking for a Utility specialist which primary purpose is to identify and develop Royal Canin standard from design, detailed engineering, execution, hand-over. With Royal Canin ambitious targets on Carbon Neutrality, this position is key to support transformation projects on renewable energyWhat are we looking for? University Degree in EngineeringExperience in Project Management on Utilities, Utilities Maintenance, Energy efficiency or Renewable EnergyFluent in English and in FrenchExcellent written and spoken communication skillsAbility to summarize key information and deliver impacting presentationsWhat will be your key responsibilities? Royal Canin Utilities Standards Own full scope on: Steam, Hot Water, Compressed air, Nitrogen production, Water treatment, HVAC, Chillers, Heat Pumps, Heat Recovery, Sprinkling system, Fire detection.Electrical distribution is out of scope.Manage database of sites utilities installations.Develop Royal Canin Standards per utility, leveraging relevant support from Mars PETCARE, Q&FS requirements, engineering peers and database from Royal Canin engineering companies.Develop and own a tool for budget scoping for projects.Create material for asset handover in collaboration with OEM. Transfer material and knowledge to CVS teams.Develop maintenance checklist and spare parts list recommendations from suppliers according to Mars Supply Excellence PM standardsSafety Standards and safety cultureEndorse corporate safety programs and targets, assessing utilities safety compliance during site visit, gives input to findings from corporate audits on utilitiesShare and develop Utilities Safety Standards within Engineering groupUtility transformation roadmap Lead projects to develop Renewable Energy and support transition to Ultra low GWP solutions according to Royal Canin and Mars roadmapJoin sites Masterplan and Asset Health, focusing on Utilities, prioritizing requirements and highlighting Sustainable in Generation Playbook gap closurePrepare roadmap per region for yearly CAB reviewCapital Projects submission Collaborate with Engineering team on projects design and build material for submission including costs and SiG by Design standard.Collaborative utility network Represent Royal Canin in PETCARE Utility Team giving inputs on standards.Connect with other segments for benchmarking.Develop with support from Mars Global Services, relation with Royal Canin specific suppliers and gives input to Mars Global Services on Mars suppliersWhat can you expect from Mars?
