With strategic commercial responsibility, you will be working as Business Development Manager (m/w/d) and driving our Flexim business in the East of Austria (area from Vienna to Graz) . In this role you will help develop the market for our innovative measurement products.

  • Familiarizing yourself in depth with Flexim products in order to increase the market share of our ultrasonic flowmeters in Austria
  • Using solution sales and working with peer engineers to win new customers from the industry and further develop existing customers
  • Together with your sales manager and the account sales force, you will be developing a growth strategy to expand new customer business and develop your sales territory
  • Coordinating visits, new contracts and price negotiations and carry them out independently
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing team to share experiences and develop solutions
  • Participating in customer development activities such as trade fairs, exhibitions and conferences to promote sales of products, solutions and services

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Technical degree or equivalent experience in engineering
  • Proven sales / business development experience in a commercial role
  • Affinity towards technology
  • Proficiency in English and German language
  • Availability to travel up to 50 % of time

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Matrix organization experience
  • Experience in industrial automation environment ; with a good knowledge of similar technical products (e.g. measurement of pressure, temperature, level) and understanding of similar industries (e.g. chemical, waste water, oil & gas, power, life science) and applications (e.g. high temperature environments)

We offer an attractive compensation package that matches your qualifications and professional experience. The gross annual salary is based on the metal trade collective agreement (usage group IV). Depending on training and experience, overpayment is possible.
