Get ready to make waves in sustainability, and take our products to the next level. RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengthsAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with:In this role, you'll conduct Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) on diverse materials and processes, shaping a sustainable future with each analysis. You'll play a pivotal role in our operations, managing supplier requests and meticulously validating the data we receive with precision.In this dynamic role, you'll dive into the realm of sustainability, conducting in-depth research on a variety of related topics and regulatory frameworks.You’ll manage and support projects within the Global Research Team and maintain their progress to further drive Red Bull’s target of net-zero. You’ll assist in structuring projects in stage-gate-processes and in agile settings.Lastly, you'll raise ideas and highlight areas of improvement to increase the innovation process e.g. patent processes.Master’s degree in environment and bioresources management, nutritional sciences, biotechnology, chemistry, technical chemistry, process engineering or a similar field5 years experience in sustainability and/or innovation managementProven experience in managing innovative sustainability projects in the FMCG or a related industryExperience in conducting Life-Cycle-Assessments (LCAs) and a holistic understanding of Operations/Supply Chain processesStrong analytical mind with the ability to take fact-based decisionsNatural curiosity with the ability to quickly identify important scientific questionsScientific experience and/or publications in the related field are of strong advantageStrong communication skills, open to learn with a pro-active and solution-focused way of workingEnglish fluent is a MUST, German is of strong advantageTravel 10-20%Sustainability & Innovation SpecialistRed BullGiving wiiings to people and ideas since 1987In the 1980s Dietrich Mateschitz developed a formula known as the Red Bull Energy Drink.
