Job Description IN A NUTSHELL As Manager, Content Partnerships you'll be expanding Red Bull's global impact and viewer engagement by strategically increasing its content reach through licensing agreements and co-production models. You'll identify key media partners worldwide, secure strategic pre-sales, co-productions, and commissions, support local and global distribution strategies, and ensure that Red Bull's media offerings are proactively pitched and aligned with future market interests. STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS You'll embark on a mission to identify the most significant media partners globally, laying the groundwork for long-term licensing partnerships that will be instrumental in broadening our audience base. These partnerships will be meticulously crafted to not only resonate with current market trends but to also anticipate and evolve with future media landscapes, ensuring that Red Bull's content continues to reach viewers across a multitude of channels and platforms. ORIGINAL CONTENT In parallel, you'll work closely to secure pre-sales, co-productions, or commissions for Red Bull's original content, ranging from unique one-off pieces to captivating series, with the most influential streamers, broadcasters, and platforms around the globe. RED BULL COUNTRY NETWORK Your efforts will be synchronized with our network of country offices, bolstering their local deal-making capabilities. Your support will also extend to organizing partner pitch sessions, designed to spark interest and open dialogue with potential partners about Red Bull's diverse content offerings. Moreover, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the distribution strategies for both live events and non-live Red Bull formats, assuring that our content is strategically positioned in the market. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in international content sales, acquisitions, commissioning or strategy. Solid understanding of the global media landscape (especially streamers) and working knowledge of the top 10 global markets, up to date knowledge of hits and programming trends in the factual and live sports space. Great at effectively conveying ideas to diverse audiences and an extensive deal making experience across a variety of deal models. Experience with development teams and collaborative skills, this involves providing valuable insights and assessments of content ideas from their inception. An existing network of relevant contacts in global media organizations and a passion for developing contacts. Team player mentality, with strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and visual. Fluent in English, other languages are a plus. Additional Information Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 3,683.00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
