What will you doReporting directly to the Alpine Commercial Director, you will shape and execute a winning strategy for mass channel in Austria & Switzerland. You will lead and develop a team with a People First Mindset. Reflective of the role responsibility and in collaboration with the commercial Director, you will also play a key role in shaping overarching capability and process for the Alpine organization as a member of the Alpine Leadership Team.Key Responsibilities includeNational sales responsibility for the mass market retailers in Austria & Switzerland·Management of the customer business with full responsibility for the achievement of the overall sales, revenue and profitability targets·Develop winning customer relationships with our retail partners and top retail decision makers·Define customer specific investment strategy and set direction for sales & category priorities ·Lead annual meetings at purchasing manager and managing director level ·Define and execute the best go-to-market model, including perfect store, best in-store execution (Physical and Mental Availability) RGM and digital capabilities·Assume ownership for Advantage Strategy Strategic development of our retail customers and brands ·Maximizing our customer & shopper marketing plans with our retail partners in collaboration with Brand Activation & Commercial Excellence teams·Proactively identify and develop long-term customer strategies based on consumer and customer needs ·Close cooperation with regional top management as well as marketing, finance, supply chain and external contacts·Collaborate strongly with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver valuable input into key internal meetings such as S&OP, Brand / Squad discussions, MPR, etc. Strong leadership with the ambition to develop high performing teams·Disciplinary leadership, development and motivation of a key account team.·Ensure that the KAM team is collaborating fully across functions and fully harnessing the wider organizational matrix to support business goals·Develop the KAM team for the customer group and develop the capability of the team members by setting the tone for the team: lead by example, exhibiting the Kenvue values and behaviors. Focus on building a strong future pipeline both within own team and across the wider sales organization.
