Company Description Do you want to create an impact in the global cross-functional planning process at Red Bull? In this role you'll be part of our Global Supply & Operations (S&OP) Team which is responsible for the mid- to long-term volume planning of the Red Bull beverage business. Also, you'll support the different regions with creating their local demand and supply plans. In one of the global process steps, you'll make sure that the plan is balanced and feasible to execute. The definition and implementation of a standardized global S&OP process was an important milestone in the continuous improvement of the planning processes at Red Bull. In order to further embed the new process in the organization, we are looking for a Global Supply Chain Planner to join our team who supports us not only with the rollout but also with the monthly planning tasks and continuous improvement projects. Job Description CREATION OF A GLOBAL SUPPLY, PRODUCTION & INVENTORY PLAN In this role, you'll contribute to create a feasible monthly global supply, inventory and production plan in SAP IBP. You'll prepare multiple scenarios for decision-making. Also, you'll contribute to the successful preparation of the monthly S&OP meetings in close collaboration with your counterparts in Finance and Sales. LOCAL PLANNING SUPPORT As Global S&OP Planner, you'll support the local planners in successfully completing the required deliverables, thereby safeguarding the quality of the overall planning results. In addition, you'll foster exchange within the global Red Bull S&OP community by organizing and contributing to regular best practice sharing sessions. S&OP ROLLOUTS & TRAINING In your role, you'll facilitate the S&OP trainings by explaining the process and tool to the audience as well as supporting them with the user acceptance tests during the rollouts. Also, you'll guarantee the proper system setup and functioning for the new S&OP markets. PROJECTS & CONTINOUS IMPROVEMENT As Global S&OP Planner, you'll play an active role in further continuous improvement projects of system and process. As a key user, you'll promote the usage of advanced planning tools within the Headquarter and subsidiaries and lead and support various initiatives. Qualifications At least a bachelor’s degree with a strong focus on operations management/research or supply chain management (or related areas) 3+ years professional experience in a supply chain role, ideally with a focus on sales & operations planning Basic knowledge of SAP, in particular APO, BI, R/3. Experience with SAP IBP is advantageous Advanced knowledge of MS office applications (in particular Excel) Strong analytical and conceptual skills Decisive and respectful in communication in order to facilitate open exchange between the different S&OP stakeholders Proactive mindset and “can do” attitude to strive for continuous improvement Organisational talent English is mandatory, German is an advantage Additional Information Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.605,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
