Operations Controller (f/m/d)

Full Time | Wien, Österreich | Hybrid | With Professional Experience


  • Act as a trusted business partner to our management team, business units, operations department, and production sites.
  • Craft, analyse, and present performance reports and deviation analyses.
  • Dive into the world of manufacturing process data, operational KPIs, and production costs.
  • Explore production cost drivers, track trends, and shape future developments.
  • Identify bottlenecks, unlock saving potentials, and illuminate areas for improvement.
  • Support improvement projects, define ambitious targets, and evaluate performance with a keen eye for results.
  • Conduct financial analysis of potential investments in cutting-edge equipment, technologies, or facilities.
  • Play a crucial role in the budgeting and forecasting process.
  • And when the need arises, create ad hoc analyses that drive decisions.

  • Proficiency in data analytics tools, with a flair for data-driven decision-making.
  • More than 5 years of experience in controlling in a manufacturing environment
  • Expertise in financial analysis, ROI calculation, and cost control.
  • Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Sharp problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
  • Effective project leadership and result-driven.
  • Advances Microsoft Office skills
  • Good command of English, German is a plus
