Job Purpose/Role Allianz Holding Eins is responsible for AZ Central Europe (CE) focusing on strategic development, planning and leadership for financial services sectors within the region. The region covers 11 countries in total Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, Poland, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia and Ukraine. We are searching for an experienced Regional Head of Bancassurance & Partnerships to lead our efforts in developing, managing, and expanding our bancassurance and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the banking and insurance landscapes, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of enhancing and securing the success of significant partnerships at the C-level. The primary responsibilities include: Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnership Management: Serve as the primary liaison for our key strategic partners, maintaining and strengthening relationships with C-level executives to ensure ongoing success and business growth. Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong, enduring relationships with all key stakeholders, internally and within partner organizations, to facilitate the smooth operation and growth of partnerships. Feedback collection: Actively seek feedback from partners to improve collaboration and identify potential areas of improvements. Local Team Collaboration: Engage with local teams across the region to share insights, strategies, and best practices. This could involve conducting workshops, webinars, and providing informational materials. New Partnership Opportunities: Seek out new partnership opportunities throughout the region and provide assistance to local teams in establishing local partnerships as needed. Key Requirements/Skills/Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration; an MBA or equivalent is preferred. A minimum of 15 years' experience in a senior role within the banking, insurance, or financial services industry, with a significant focus on bancassurance and strategic partnerships. Demonstrated success in developing, managing, and enhancing large-scale partnerships and bancassurance initiatives. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor and develop teams. Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills, with a track record of engaging with and influencing C-level executives. In-depth knowledge of the banking and insurance sectors, including regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Strategic thinker with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The minimum salary for this position is gross annual salary for full-time work, depending on qualifications/education.
