We are looking for a Data Analyst (m/f/d) for our Continuous Improvement Department in Graz or in Vienna.


As a member of our team, you will work closely with Business Areas and empower ANDRITZ employees to use CI methods and tools to achieve outstanding and sustainable results. As a member of a highly motivated and passionate Continuous Improvement team, you will get the opportunity to develop personally and professionally and to contribute to the success of ANDRITZ – actively and visibly.

  • Identify, initiate, drive, coordinate, support and control improvement and cost reduction projects to ensure expected benefits are achieved or overachieved and become effective within the agreed timeframes.
  • Utilize Business Intelligence, Data Analysis and Data Science and transfer data into accessible knowledge.
  • Apply (Power-) BI and Celonis, the state-of-the-art process mining tool.
  • Create dashboards, analyses & reports in close cooperation with our Business partners.
  • Identify relevant process KPI's and lead or support Process Improvement Projects via Data Analysis

  • Master's degree in in one of the following fields: computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a comparable technical or economical discipline
  • Strong analytical thinking and process understanding
  • Keen to work with numbers/tables/data and graphic presentation incl. reporting.
  • Professional service and customer orientation paired with hands-on mentality.
  • Experience with SQL and SAP.
  • Knowledge and experience in Continuous Improvement, min. Green Belt or equivalent certification required. Black Belt certificate is a benefit.
  • Experience in project management, PMI certificate is a benefit.
  • Fluent business English and top-notch communication skills.
  • Ability to travel to ANDRITZ locations depending on COVID regulations.
  • Exceptionally high level of personal responsibility and identification with the values of ANDRITZ.

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce for this position at least a gross monthly salary of€ 4.112,78. Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary
