Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies that resonate with our values and objectives. You'll define Afro Coffee's unique brand proposition and spearhead our expansion into new international markets, ensuring our messaging and initiatives are relevant and impactful. Job Description Brand Strategy and Development Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with company objectives and values. Define Afro Coffee's unique brand proposition and market positioning. Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences. International Expansion Lead marketing plans for expansion into new international markets. Develop tailored strategies to drive brand awareness and adoption. Collaborate across teams to localize marketing efforts. Creative Direction and Content Development Oversee creation of compelling, culturally relevant content. Collaborate with agencies and internal teams for engaging campaigns. Ensure brand consistency across all communications. Consumer Engagement and Relationship Building Foster connections with target audience through authentic interactions. Utilize data insights to enhance brand loyalty. Establish relationships with influencers and industry stakeholders. eCommerce and Revenue Activation Develop strategies to increase online sales. Analyze market trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive eCommerce initiatives. Conduct A/B testing and user experience optimization. Ensure compliance with legal requirements. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, focusing on brand management and international expansion Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred Fluency in English and German, additional languages beneficial Proven track record in developing successful marketing strategies across diverse markets, with a keen understanding of language, aesthetics, and cultural interactions Strong leadership and team management skills, capable of motivating cross-functional teams Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex ideas persuasively Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning Experience in agency management, eCommerce, and cost optimization/negotiation Additional Information Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
