We’re seeking an experienced Senior Risk Fraud Analyst to join our team at Western Union. The Senior Risk Fraud Analyst will be responsible for monitoring fraud detections and prevention strategies.Role Responsibilities  Leading fraud related, tactical and operational activitiesIdentify and cover potential gaps in performing the above mentioned fraud activitiesPerform case management activities and ensure a holistic view of all fraud related mattersMonitor and identify potential new fraudulent patterns and implement mitigating measuresImprove fraud prevention and detection tools and reduce fraud losses at the Bank levelImprove reporting and analysis capabilities, essential in understanding the existing fraud risk profileParticipate in designing, implementing and improving the end-to-end fraud investigations processConduct thorough analysis of transactional data and identify potential fraud patternsCollaborate with cross-functional teamsStay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to fraudRole RequirementsMinimum 3+ years' experience working in a similar role within the banking or financial services industryIn-depth knowledge of fraud detection and prevention techniques, tools, and technologiesStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify fraudulent patternsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teamsUsing fraud detection and data analytical toolsFluent EnglishProficiency in German language is a plus . SalaryWe are under legal obligation to indicate the minimum salary, which is EUR 48,200 gross per year for this position.
