Working Student with focus on Data Engineering f/m/d

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: You will collaborate with data scientist, data engineers and domain experts to define and set up analytics environments for data analytics applications. Your tasks will also include assisting with statistical modeling and (machine) learning techniques to optimize processes and support engineering decisions. Your support will also be needed in the implementing of ETL-processes (Extract, Transform, Load) and the development of large-scale data processing engines using time series data. Together with your colleagues, you will contribute to the research and development as well as the continuous improvement of leading technologies and methodologies in the field of Data Engineering. You will work together with data scientists to develop on-premise, hybrid, and cloud solution architectures. You will have the chance to work on various database technologies (SQL/OLAP and Non-SQL databases) and cloud technologies (such as Azure, AWS or GCP). YOUR PROFILE: You are currently actively studying with a focus on software engineering, computer science, informatics, telematics, mathematics, statistics or similar. You are particularly proud of your experience with Python, especially with PyData (Pandas, Numpy). You already have experience with Linux and scripting languages such as Bash scripts. Due to your study, you have knowledge in the application of data science methods. On top of that, you have a good command of written and spoken English. Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry).
