Company Description We are looking for a Business Process Analysis & Improvement Specialist to join and strengthen our talented Process Mining team, part of the Global Data division! In this position, you'll support the business as process analysis expert to drive process optimisation utilising process data analysis based on state-of-the-art process mining technologies. You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand the business requirements, combine data from different source systems, define data requirements, analyse information, identify and drive process improvements. You'll act as a coach for the business regarding improvement of the business processes. Job Description BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYSING & PROCESS MINING You'll maintain regular process data analysis based on process mining technologies but also collaborate with the business to define, measure, analyse, improve, and monitor process optimisations with the business. ANALYSE BUSINESS PROCESSES & IDENTIFY BUSINESS NEEDS You'll connect data from different source systems, define data requirements, performance indicators and analyse with your business counterparts. COMMUNICATION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT Communication between the different involved parties is key and you'll be the coordinator between business and development team. In addition, you'll set the right priorities and actively integrate all identified stakeholders. You'll assess automation feasibility, prepare business case (ROI evaluation) and align project plans together with relevant stakeholders. Finally, you'll proactively communicate project status to all interested and affected counterparts. ROLLOUT & TRAINING You'll coordinate, test and roll out new data analysis developments & enhancements. You'll also train end users on new tools and carry out workshops with key users from Business. Finally, you'll maintain standard work documentation, user handouts & training materials. Qualifications 4-6 years relevant work experience in process management, process improvement and data analysis. Strong analytical and numerical skills, including the ability to think differently about the data, which may lead to less obvious conclusions. High affinity to IT systems especially strong familiarity with business process software and process mining tools (Celonis) End user knowledge for ERP systems like SAP, Business Objects, BI is an advantage Strong communication skills, particularly the ability to convey complex topics in simple memorable terms Willingness to learn, to accept challenges and work in a team environment Result and performance oriented Additional Information Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,367 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
