You can find more information about Transporeon as an employer here >>Your transformation challenge ...Transporeon Platform Services provide shared services across our various products to accelerate their development and provide a consistent experience to our customers.You will make strategic decisions on resource allocation, development, and product positioning. You will ensure the continued operation of all services and applications built and managed by your team. You will be held accountable for the technical direction of the product, including tech stack decisions and architectural choices.You will oversee the transition of functionality from the current monolithic application to a new modern tech stack.You will have personal responsibility for your engineering team of 5 - 8 members, conduct regular 1-1s with team members, and provide mentoring, coaching and support for personal growth.You will contribute to the overall improvement of team processes, tools, and technologies, fostering a culture of continuous integration/continuous deployment with a focus on software quality and usability.You will represent the team in cross-team meetings, coordinate with sales, marketing, and other product lines to ensure success. You will conduct interviews, evaluate potential candidates, and decide on who to hire to create a high-performing team.What you bring to the table ...Strong product engineering knowledge and an entrepreneurial attitudeFamiliarity with architectural design and engineering best practices.Leadership competencies: organizational and facilitation skills, ability to inspire and lead by example, mentoring mindset.Ability to nurture cooperation within the team as well as across the company.Continues learning habits, open to learn from others as well as share knowledge.Here you can read more about Transporeon Platform >> Product tech environment ...Python, Typescript, or JavaReactKafkaPostgreSQL, HibernateGithub, Github Co-PilotDocker, KubernetesTrimble’s Inclusiveness CommitmentWe believe in celebrating our differences.
