You'll maintain close contact with industry thought leaders and trends, driving innovation in an authentic manner aligned with Red Bull's values. You'll ensure flawless local execution with central expertise and support. Your responsibilities will include overseeing a dedicated regional area (acting as the point of contact for a group of countries) as well as dedicated Playgrounds (serving as the headquarters' internal point of contact for the network).You'll establish guidelines and oversee execution of the Creator program in designated areas and countries, alongside selected playgrounds. You'll develop an efficient structure, ensuring strong alignment, communication, and comprehensive oversight. You'll ensure flawless execution of Creator selections, project activations, brand visibility, and reporting. You'll educate, enable, and support markets and HQ peers in program execution through visits, co-hosting, training, workshops, and mentorship. You'll create consistency across the organization in tactics and principles, closely aligning with all business units. You'll step up Creator experiences and integrations in designated playgrounds and markets. You'll act as a thought leader and expert both internally and externally, constantly monitoring the market and evaluating effectiveness. You'll drive innovation and evolution of the program with a long-term perspective, developing central tools and services.
