Then come and join our global team as LS Business Partner ManagerYour tasks and responsibilities: Sales: Plan and execute business strategies and action plans that enable your partners to achieve their agreed commercial targets.Support the implementation of your country sales processes including business planning, Funnel Development, Revenue and Units forecasts, and regular sales reporting as required. Deal calculation and offer preparation (when required)Drive your channel commercial performance management through CRM KPIs.Align with the regional Direct Sales entities (when applicable) to optimize market coverage and manage potential channel conflicts. Partner Management: Support development and drive the execution of your country partner strategy. Drive Business Partner selection process and ensure timely execution of Partner distribution agreement. Manage Business Partner onboarding and enablement activities and processes (partner training, BP access to internal tools, processes, and Marketing content...). Drive the annual Partner Target Agreement process. Setting qualitative and quantitative targets (Sales volume, Partner Development, and support activities...). Collaborate with your BPs to build and nurture long term relationship at all levels of their organizations.Proactively address partner support requirement including CS process coordination. Ensure Partner commercial execution as planned.Ensure an active Partner performance monitoring through Regular Business Reviews as per SHS guidelines.Support and coordinate all other operations related to Partner management (BP Compliance Due diligence, regulatory requirements, Finance coordination...)Drive long-term partner satisfaction and loyalty. Your qualifications andexperience: A university degree (Master and/or Bachelor) in Busniess Administration and/or ScienceMinimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales / Marketing in the Healthcare Industry Confirmed experience selling through Business Partners is preferable.Working experience in multi-cultural teams (cross-countries preferred).Respect of internal values and working atmosphere of commitment, teamwork, openness to new ideas and strong motivation. Whatelse do I need to know? The gross annual salary according tothe collective agreement for this position is at least € 60,000. Depending oneducation and experience, overpayment is possible.
