ROLE DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Multimedia Content Creator and become an integral part of our innovative efforts to
expand and showcase our solution portfolio. This position is tailored for a creative and dynamic professional
who thrives in designing and developing multimedia content that serves both educational and marketing
objectives. Your creations will not only educate but also engage our target audiences, playing a pivotal role
in demonstrating the value and capabilities of our solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop engaging multimedia content for blended learning courses, including videos,
  PowerPoint presentations, and images, ensuring alignment with educational goals and objectives.
• Create compelling marketing materials, such as flyers and catalogues, that effectively promote our
  solution and resonate with target audiences.
• Collaborate closely with the product team and subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and
  relevance of content.
• Actively solicit and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously refine and enhance
  multimedia content.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in multimedia content creation and e-learning
  technologies, applying this knowledge to innovate our content development process.

SKILLS

• Demonstrable experience in multimedia content creation, supported by a portfolio showcasing
  expertise in content development and graphic design.
• Strong proficiency in graphic design, with a keen eye for aesthetics and a deep understanding of
  graphic design principles.
• Expertise in using Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) and Canva for designing and editing purposes.
• Experience with e-learning content authoring tools, particularly Articulate 360, is highly valued.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team to meet tight
  deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality and impactful work.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating ideas clearly and effectively in both written
  and verbal forms.

Permanent employee, Full-time · Innerspace / Innsbruck

• A minimum gross salary of 38.000 € per year (for full-time, overpayment possible)
• Flexible working time and the possibility to work from home
• Permanent full-time contract (38,5 h / week)
